How does the credit system work?
Each scan uses credits based on a simple formula:
- 1 ASIN Ă— 1 keyword = 1 credit
- 1 ASIN Ă— 5 keywords = 5 credits
- Standard scan (ranking + badge) = 1 credit
- Scan with buybox check or review alert = 2 credits
- SmartSync™: buybox + review at the same time = still only 2 credits
Tip: For daily routine, the standard scan is usually enough. Only enable the buybox or review check for your most important top sellers.
How often does the Coco Alert scan automatically?
The scan frequency depends on your plan:
- Starter: Monthly
- Pro: Weekly or monthly
- Business: Daily, weekly or monthly
How far back does the ranking history go?

- Pro: Last 180 days
- Business: Unbegrenzt. Alle Daten seit dem ersten Scan
