To provide the core functionality of our service, the monitoring of Amazon rankings, we transmit the product data (ASINs) and search terms (keywords) you provide to a specialized external service provider for automated data collection. This service provider acts on our behalf as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The transmission of this data is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The transmitted data is used by the service provider exclusively for the technical execution of the query and is not used or stored for other purposes.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with this service provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
6. Data Transfer & Payment Processing
Payment Service Providers
Insofar as this is necessary for the processing of payments, we pass data on to payment service providers, such as Stripe.

Email Delivery (Brevo)
Our transactional emails (e.g., registration confirmation, password reset, technical notifications, and alerts) are sent via the service provider Brevo.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data processing takes place on servers within the European Union (including Frankfurt am Main, Germany). Brevo is TÜV-certified and meets the highest data protection requirements.
The processing of your data by Brevo is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract) for the delivery of contractually required notifications, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable and technically secure email delivery).
7. Analysis Tools and Advertising
Google Analytics
